Copper Strip Description 

Copper strips are made of purified copper material to form components with set widths. Due to the inherent properties of copper, these components exhibit many properties that make them suitable for a variety of industrial applications, such as:

Good electrical conductivity; good thermal conductivity; good processability and ductility; good biofouling resistance; good corrosion resistance; good machinability; antimicrobial; non-magnetic; recyclability

Long copper strips can be produced using two methods. The traditional method involves welding individual shorter pieces of appropriate width to form a single piece of the desired length. The resulting components have visible seams where they are welded together. Our method uses a rolling mill to produce very long strip (VLS). The resulting assembly is seamless, making it ideal for situations where strength and/or appearance are critical.
